I remember last year when I visited Scitech Centre in West Perth

We really spend a nice time

Scitech, I could describe it as a center enable you and your children to learn in entertainment way

The idea was how to make the place different than other ordinarily places

Lets start with children part, where they can play in an area looks similar to real building area

  

I really like it :)

Lets move to my friend favorite section. The place where they can feel they are flying

Also, there is another place where you fin yourself in the SKY

So, these my Qs

If there is a similar place like this in KSA, how much do you think it will cost?

How will be their visitors? Which City it should be start in?

It is really worth to answer these Qs...

The Post System

Today, while I was drinking my coffee I saw a man on driving a car belongs to the Australian post company ...

I read about the post office in Australia and it is surprised me that this company has more than 300 product and services

Did you know there is a application on App Store for Australian Post Office?? 

Then I asked myself why the Saudi post company does not have like the number of product?

If you go to any past office in Australia you will almost every thing you need from money order to mobile charge voucher

I really believe that the Saudi post office version need to improve...

Or maybe first it needs to be not governmental organization!

My Saudis friend, what do you thing we should change in the Saudi post system to make more beneficial?

Pet insurance تامين طبي للحيوانات في السعوديه‏

Two weeks ago, I went to MediBank in Perth city centre

And I got this pic from my iphone 

I really asked myself, why we do not have insurance for the pets?

Why we do not have that level of caring about the animals in Saudi Arabia?

This is a real chance for a smart businessman to start this service

Collect information about vets and their qualifications and make insurance for those who owned animals

But the question what challenges he/she will face? And what is the time needed for people to valuate this service...

The idea of having business solutions in Australia is working very well

But, The question is why we do not have like these business in Saudi Arabia?

Is it because we do not have as many social network users as Australia has?

Or maybe because the businesses leaders do not have that interesting like others??

I believe that, the number of online social networks users is increasing day after day..

I think this is time to start like this Business in Saudi Arabia

Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

yesterday I was with one of my friend and he showed my a study on realstate in Saudi Arabia

in a city called Jeddah, it is simply a city like Sydney in Australia

I mean it the commercial capital city for the country

this is it is picture

The study conducted that the realestate demand increased 35% last year

This is really high increased just in one year!

I am thinking why the Australian investors do not go and buy there houses and building?

During my study time in Perth I have found that the realestate income in Saudi Arabia is much better than Australia

But maybe there are other problems stopped the Australian investors to have this kind of business there??

Skydiving

Yesterday, was really different day for me

for the first time I have done skydiving on a place north of Perth called Jurien Bay 

This experience was amazing

Flying on the Sky, wawooooo

This is me (:

after I finished my jump, I started my business thought

How this business can be done in Saudi Arabia?

with small calculation I found that this business earned 75000AUD just in the last month

I know this is not profit, but still it is really a huge amount of money all businessmen/women should think about it...

This business if it is started in Saudi Arabia will have the opportunity to be the first, which means no competitors

What do you think the barriers will be?!!
